Services include courses on international tax compliance, foreign investment protection, and working capital preservation strategies.
The user has the right to access the platform's content and functionalities, in compliance with applicable legislation. The provider undertakes to maintain service availability, except in cases of force majeure or necessary technical interventions. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
SurakshitBharat does not guarantee that the results of statistical analyses or security audits will entirely prevent financial losses. The provider's liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months. We assume no liability for investment decisions made based on the information provided.
The provider may suspend or terminate the user's access in the event of a breach of terms, including abusive use of the platform or providing false information. The user may request account deletion at any time, with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms, with prior notification to users via email or by publishing on the platform 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, according to the chosen option. Refunds are granted within 14 days of purchase, only for subscriptions canceled before the expiration of the 7-day trial period. No partial refunds are given for periods already used.
